FashionWoodzon offers a 7-day return & exchange policy for items purchased from our website. Here’s how it works:
- You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- We accept returns for products purchased directly from FashionWoodzon’s website only.
- Returns are processed in the form of store credits.
- Size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.
- Luxe styles and customized items altered as per body measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return Products:
- Click on ‘Return’ under “My Orders” on the FashionWoodzon App/Website/M-site.
- Refunds are processed in the form of store credits.
- We offer pick-up facilities in select locations or self-ship options for returns.
How to Exchange Products:
- Create an exchange request within 7 days of delivery under “My Orders.”
- Exchange is subject to availability, and we offer pick-up or self-ship options.
Self-Ship Returns/Exchanges:
- Self-ship returns/exchanges must be sent within 10 days of request placement.
