Nice one, I have bought it for myself an year ago, it turned out great, my sister loved mine so I bought this one for her. Go for the upwaist measurements. As my low waist is 32 but I ordered a 28. It’s stretchable comfortable and gives a nice shape. It’s a little bit thick so I won’t recommend it in summers (>35°C). It’s opaque not trans, the colour stays.
